VELOUR is founded by a team with backgrounds spanning Michelin-level kitchens and leading cocktail bars. That experience has shaped our mindset and approach: precision, consistency, and respect for process. Each step matters, whether it is the first drop of alcohol entering our pot still or the final sip of a cocktail served at your table. Nothing is treated as insignificant, and nothing is left to chance.

With a 100% organic certified, award-winning local distillery, VELOUR operates with full control over its production. Every spirit, flavour component, and aromatic element used behind the bar is created by us, from scratch. Milling, maceration, fermentation, distillation, infusion, aging—each process is performed in-house, guided by continuous tasting and refinement. This allows us to shape flavour with intention rather than adapt to pre-existing products.

In contrast to much of the bar industry, which relies on the same global spirit brands, VELOUR functions as a true one-brand bar with a grain-to-glass mentality. We produce white spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and cask-aged expressions ourselves, crafting each element specifically for its role in a cocktail. The result is a flavour identity that is authentic, distinctive, and impossible to replicate elsewhere.
